I was inspired by the name of the Spellbinders die set I've used 'Make a Wish' for the sentiment of this card, and I thought that this die was just screaming out to have some Nuvo drops on it, and I used a mixture of Jewel drops and Gloss Crystal drops, and also some of the gorgeous Diamond Pure Sheen glitter too, I can see myself running out of this in no time lol :D I didn't realise the #nuvo crystal drops dried so quickly! I had left them overnight before, but I was getting impatient making these cards so only left them an hour or so, and they were almost dry already!! It's fantastic :D :D :D
This pair of cards are quite funny actually because the waste from one I've used on the other, and also the waste from the heart embellishments I used on the other one too :D But you might as well make two cards if your creating 'waste' that still looks pretty :D The card I was actually aiming to make is the one on the right below, however I'm kinda leaning towards liking the other one (the one above) better now lol It's funny how that happens sometimes :D So for the card I was planning to make, I started out by ink blending a mix of Cracked Pistachio and Evergreen Bough Distress Inks onto my card (quite lightly) then I added a Heidi Swapp triangle stencil over the top and did the same thing again but a little bit heavier, I love the way using two tones gives you a softer look :D I then did all my die-cutting :D
When embellishing with the Nuvo drops, I did this onto the 'dandelion' before I stuck it to the card, and I left it to dry because I wanted the end bits to be angled upwards a bit, and I was worried the drops might run a bit, or that it would be harder for me to add them on neatly if the dandelion was already stuck to the card :D For the pink I used Bubblegum Blush Gloss Crystal drops, and for the green I used Key Lime Jewel drops :D The pink cardstock I've used is Raspberry Foundations card from Creative Expressions and the little heart dies are from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Journalling die set :D I also added some Diamond Pure Sheen glitter to the background of one card, and to the hearts as well, and for both I just used regular double sided tape and a wider version too :D Hope you liked the cards :D

I'm entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Monday Shine Bright Like a Diamond Challenge as they're full of glitter :D And I'm also entering this card into the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Thanks/Thanksgiving Challenge, as I think Make a Wish would be a good sentiment as a Thank you :D
