A photo strip card using a mixture of cute images and sentiments from three different magazine free gifts :D the Woodland Winter stamp set from issue 137 of Papercraft Essentials :D the stamps from the second special edition of Die-Cutting Essentials, and also the Festive Fun stamp set from issue 34 of Creative Stamping :D The photo strip apertures are my own design, I came up with this a while ago and I keep the master copy handing on my notice board so I easily know what the dimensions were that I used, basically all I did was chose the size of square die which I wanted the apertures to be, then I cut this three times vertically in a row, I then trimmed the card down to give the desired border around the edges :D and once you've done this once, keep your master copy with the dimensions you cut the outside to, then the next time you want to make one you can cut the rectangle to size first and then die-cut the squares as this makes it easier to line them up with an even border :D
To begin this card, I traced around one of the interior squares from my photo strips six times onto a piece of white card, I did this with pencil, but I had pressed a little bit too hard, so I rubbed over the top with a rubber to make them fainter, I then proceeded to stamping all my images framing them in the squares :D For the colouring, I used my Promarkers... Pumpkin, Red, Burnt Sienna, Caramel, Sandstone, Putty, Powder Blue, Arctic Blue, Forest Green, Cool Grey 1 and the Blender :D Once coloured I cut all the images apart and stuck them behind the apertures, I then decided to place them haphazardly onto a white die-cut rectangle with a strip of red spotty washi tape :D Hope you like the card :D
