Simple Christmas Cards with Tonic Craft Kit #26 :D

I'm not that keen on how these cards turned out, but a lot of the time, it's the cards I don't like so much that people seem to like the most lol, so I thought I'd still share them anyway :D I think they'd have been better if I used a dark grey or silver instead of black :D

Lots of Tags with Tonic Craft Kit #26 :D

A collection of tags created with this months Tonic Craft Kit :D You get to see my proper process in this video, as I had no idea what I wanted my tags to look like in the beginning, I just picked what papers I wanted to go together and started cutting! And in the end I did use pretty much everything that I'd cut out :D :DI also changed my mind as I as going along too, once I;d cut the chevron piece from the glitter card I thought I can't waste those pieces, so I cut another one from dark blue and swapped the pieces over and did some paper piecing :D Hope you liked this take on the kit, if you're a loved or making little gift tags, you're gunna love this kit :D :D

Wreath Building with Tonic Craft Kit #26 :D

I adore the little stamp set in this months kit, the snowflakes are just gorgeous, and I love the flourish stamp too, and I though why not give it a go making them into wreath designs with a homemade wreath template! The template I used in the video is one that I made in a previous Kit video where I also did this wreath building technique. I used the Tonic layering dies, the third size die in from the outside, I cut one, then rotated the die 45 degrees and cut another over the top so you get an 8 pointed star shape :D It's so easy to do and you get wonderful results :D :D I didn't quite stick to just the content of the kit as I needed my stamping platform and some ink pads, oh and an embossing powder too, but they're staples in you stash anyway :D :D Hope you liked this way of using this months kit, keep an eye out for my other 2 videos coming over the next few days :D :D

STAMPtember Flora Background with MFT Mermazing Mermaids :D

A pair of Mermazing cards using the Flora Background Stamp which Simon Says Stamp kindly sent me to celebrate their 10th STAMPtember celebrations (which are till going on, all throughout September :D) but this time I used the background for an underwater flora effect, and I think it worked brilliantly :D I also combined it with the Mermazing MFT Mermaids which are just adorable :D :D I used loads of Nuvo products on the background starting with the brand new Duchess Blue Embossing Powder from the Blue Blossom Trend and a mixture of Nuvo Shimmer Powders too (Blue Blitz, Meteroite Shower and Atlantis Burst) :D I love being able to mix loads of different brands together, and I thoroughly enjoyed creating these cards! I used one for my Nan's birthday card and I gave the other to my Mum just to tell her she's Mermazing!! :D :D Hope you enjoyed the video! I cannot wait to see all the gorgeous products in this enormous release! I got sent the gorgeous Flora Background stamp to play with, and I love it! Such a fun modern floral design which I used in a couple of different ways on my 2 cards :D As I was cutting into the design for my second card, I also thought that the flowers could be some kind of bulb or an onion when you turn them upside down too :D Or maybe even some funky balloons as well :D The design has some elements tucked behind each other with a few laying in the foreground so it's easy to pick out some complete shapes :D I hope you liked the look of the 2 cards I made :D
