A VERY sparkly card using some of the gorgeous Nuvo confetti and glitters :D I wanted to create a unique background using the hexagon confetti, so I added some double sided adhesive to a piece of red card, added on the hexagons, then to fill in any gaps, I used some Pure Sheen Glitter :D I really like the finished look, however, it does shed quite a bit, so to combat this after I'd finished die-cutting the heart, I decided to die-cut a narrow white frame from some white card, and I added some acetate behind and trimmed to size, then I attached this over the glittery surface to encase it :D And voila, no more shedding :D :D I was also experimenting with some Nuvo Glimmer paste, adding it to some acetate, so I decided to add this piece behind the aperture, adding extra dimension by using a couple of layers of foam tape to make this piece kind of float :D For the final touch, I added some teeny weeny little white Nuvo drops around the perimeter of the heart to tie in the white from the frame and the love die :D Hope you liked the card :D :D :D
