The fabulous and extremely bright Cosmic Shimmer Neon Polishes are sooo fun to play with and there's even a couple of stencils that you can use with them to give a real neon sign look to your cards :D I've used them a few ways in this video, but my favourite way is to use White Clouds Colour Cloud through the stencil onto black card, allow to dry, then add the polish over the top :D :D
