I've actually done a construction video for Tonic that'll be over on their channel, so thought I'd show a completely different way to use the die set on my channel with a Spinner Card :D It's not easy to show how to make a spinner in a sped up video, however I did a Tutorial a while back so you can check that out for all the verbal instruction :D

Pumpkin wanted me to the use the Harvest Cascade collection from Tonic Studios to create her card for her Auntie Tortor's (aka my sibling's) Birthday :D I combined it with a die set I bought a while back from Honey Bee, it's their Fall Buzzwords set because it has the word Pumpkin in it :D

Who else absolutely LOVES Tonic's Winter's Veil Collection!? I think this has to be my favourite yet, as everyone loves snowflakes and they're perfect for not just Christmas, but the whole Winter Season too! I love this Tropical stencil from Sizzix! It's full of such gorgeous tropical leaves :D I also recently bought some Holographic Overlay (aka holographic sticky back plastic) and suddenly decided that it'd look wonderful on top of this gorgeous stencilled background! These foil fusion sticky stickers from Tonic are so much fun to play with! The cards I made for the launch on C&C were quite clean and crisp, so I really wanted to use them in a more grungy way, hence these 2 cards, and I also wanted to show that you can use them with any foils you already own too!!

I love the Cosmic Shimmer Velvet Dust and it worked great for this fun space themed background, and when you burnish the glitter down nicely you can stamp on top of it too :D And isn't the little space Zebra adorable, the Have a Blast stamp set from Jane's Doodles is so cute! :D xxx

I love using a Salad Spinner to create backgrounds! And I don't think I've tried the wonderful Distress Paints with it before, so here's the first of my Christmas card videos for this year! I really enjoyed playing with all the shapes in this Month's Create & Make Die Set, you can see those samples in Tonic's video, but for my video I decided to team the hexagons up with some of Tonic's NEW 3D Embossing Folders and make them look like glazed tiles :D
