You're Plane Awesome Happy Father's Day :D

A Father's Day card commission for my best friends Dad :D Using Tonic Nuvo Mouse and their new Layered Cloud dies to create my background, and my Nuvo Creative pens for the colouring :D Along with the adorable Plane and Simple Stamp Set from Lawn Fawn :D I love using the Nuvo Mousse to create a simple background, either like I have here using Cut N Dry foam, or using my fingers, or using it as a watercolour, whatever way you want to use it, Nuvo Mousse is such a versatile product!! And there are still ways I've thought of using it, that I haven't tried yet :D I also love how the Nuvo Creative Pens coordinate with the Mousse colours too, I don't think this was intentional, but they work fab together! And I love mixing in some flat (i.e. non shimmery) elements with shimmery elements, and of course I have to add in some acutal glitter using the Aqua Shimmer Pens too :D :D :D Hope you liked the card :D

Hip Hip Hooray You're Home :D

A punny welcome home card using some cute Spellbinders dies :D I made this card for one of my neighbours who just got home after a hip replacement! I thought it would be hilarious to use the sentiment 'Hip Hip Hooray' :D :D :D Hope you liked the card!! :D I did add that little tortoise in the end, as she has one called Charles (that my sister an I are now looking after lol) :D :D :D Also for the background, instead of using a generic ink blended sky as I usually would, I used one of the fab Creative Stencils exclusive to CraftStash :D Just added that little extra interest :D

Pretty Quick Father and Son Silhouette :D

Todays video is an older one that I originally made for CraftStash, but hadn't posted on my channel yet :D My original plan was to show my Dad's Father's Day card today, but I was so busy getting things done before going on holiday, I kinda forgot to make his lol, so that'll be up next week :D There will however be an extra 5 Father's Day cards over the next few weeks too, as I had a few commissions this year too :D Hope you liked this simple Father's Day card :D

Tropical Grunge in Carnival Colours :D

My first project for Creative Expressions!! I'm now on their 2017 Design Team, and I'm so excited!! I couldn't just do one project for my first blog post, I had to do two!! Happy Birthday Teenager :D

A fun card for a teenager using the fab Timeless Moments stamp set from issue 44 of Creative Stamping along with the coordinating Apple Blossom number dies :D These dies work so perfectly with the free stamp set, and when you buy the magazine, you can get these coordinating dies at a reduced price too :D

For the background, I used my Tim Holtz Stamping Platform to create an entire background using the number stamps, repeating a few of the numbers to fill the whole area :D I then coloured them with ProMarkers, along with the cute little skating girl stamp from the Avery Elle stamp set :D I added in a piece of vellum behind the focal elements to mute the background, then I used the coordinating dies and my Prizm machine to perfectly cut out my focal number '13' :D Hope you liked the card :D

Wishing You a Fairytale Wedding Using Tonic :D

I LOVE how this card came out sooo much!! This was a commission card for my God Daughter to give to her Auntie and Uncle on their wedding day :D I just had to use the adorable little knight and princess to represent Beth and Pete, and I thought 'Wishing You a Fairytale Wedding' would be the perfect sentiment :D I used quite a few different Tonic products on this card, the gorgeous Nuvo Mousse, a few die sets, the fab Nuvo Creative Pens and of course the Aqua Shimmer Glitter Pen :D Hope you liked the card :D
